Bluebellweb Contractual Work

The process for undertaking any contractual work is as follows :-

• Client contacts BluebellWeb Designs
  A meeting is arranged or basic details are given over the phone or via email
  
  
• Client request
  A detailed written request is drawn up and agreed by the client who sends it back to BlueBellWeb Designs



• Assessment
  Based on that request, an assessment will be made by BlueBellWeb Designs



• Estimate
  An estimate of the work, time and cost involved in fulfilling the request will be send to the client



• Agreement
  An agreement is drawn up, agreed and signed by both parties



• Deposit
  A 25% deposit is paid by the client



• Work starts
  Work will commence on the agreed date



• Work completed
  When the agreed work is completed the client signs the completion form



• Final payment
  Client pays the balance owing within the agreed timescale
